Welcome to our restaurant. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online ordering services, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by our restaurant, located at our location.

You may place orders as a guest or create an account for a better experience. When creating an account:
Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by our kitchen. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Payment Authorization: When you place an order, your payment method is authorized (a hold is placed) but not charged until your order is accepted by our kitchen. If we decline your order, the authorization hold is released and you will not be charged.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your credit card information. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
Pricing: Prices for menu items are displayed on our website and may differ from in-store prices. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
Order Pickup: Orders are for pickup only. You will receive an estimated pickup time when your order is accepted. Please pick up your order promptly.
We enforce a Margin Integrity Enforcement Layer across platform pricing tools to reduce accidental loss-making configurations.
Developer-defined pricing inputs below computed break-even thresholds are blocked by policy. Tenant-authorized below break-even inputs require explicit consent and are recorded with audit metadata.
Before Kitchen Acceptance: If your order has not been accepted by our kitchen, the payment authorization will be released automatically and you will not be charged.
After Kitchen Acceptance: Once your order has been accepted and we have begun preparing your food, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at our phone number if you need to cancel an accepted order.
Quality Issues: If there is an issue with your order (wrong items, quality concerns, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of our restaurant or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RESTAURANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the restaurant and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Rowan County, North Carolina.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
